Whenever I turn on the air conditioning, it makes a loud chirp, like birds! As soon as I turn it off, it goes away. It's so annoying.

Good morning,

This could be the serpentine belt making the noise due to the tension being worn out and not keeping the correct tension on the belt.

It could also be the A/C compressor itself.

Can you upload a video of the noise so I can hear it?

I had a compressor and air conditioning belt put on 2 months ago..
I'm not sure if I can do a video of the actual sound. It's like birds chirping.

Okay, I would check the belt tension to be sure they are tight. If they are loose, this noise will happen.
