Chirping noise front passenger side of engine

Sounds like a belt - happens all the time and loud. There is a cover over the whole engine so I cannot see the belt, test tightness or look for cracks. I also need a reliable mechanic so I can stop going to the dealer all the time. Thanks.
Also, there has been a clicking noise that the dealer says is a wheel hitting the wheel cover. Can I put a cushion in there or something. Now all I hear is the chirping...like a bird!

the wheel noise maybe can be bent to stop it by tightening it up to hold on wheel better. spray water on your belt by alternator or wherever you can see it if noise goes away the belt I s bad. recommended blet replacement along with tensioner is 60k
