There is a chirping noise coming from the front of the car. I can only hear it when it's been sitting overnight, it's cold, and when the wheel is turned from left to right. It goes away after the car gets warmed up.

Sometimes it's quieter, sometimes it's very loud. Took it to the shop and they said it was the serpentine belt and I paid for it to be replaced. But when temperatures dropped a handful of days later, the sound returned.

Hello my name is Dave.

It sounds like you have an issue with your power steering system which with your car is unrelated to the serpentine belt due to the fact that a 2013 Corolla has electric power steering and has no pump and takes no power steering fluid. The only way I can think of that the power steering system could effect the serpentine belt is if the battery is getting weak and causing the alternator to work harder than normal to get it back up to a fully charged state causing excessive drag on the system when you turn the wheel which would require a large draw on the electrical system.I would recommend starting testing the battery and if it checks out to be good then I would do an all system scan for trouble codes, the usual scan associated with a check engine light won't be enough however most scanners can check the systems you need to get information from. Please check on these and let us know the results and thank you for using 2CarPros!

If the belt was the only thing they replaced it could very well be a weak belt tensioner causing it to chirp. Fairly common for that to happen with age.
