Start the car up no chirping sounds drive slow no chirping noise. If I drive at higher speeds and take my foot of the gas it starts chirping put foot back on gas it stops. It never makes noise when I start the car up or if I Rev it only when I'm driving it's starts to make that noise.

This sounds like it could be a serpentine belt or tensioner pulley noise. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. I would start by installing a new serpentine belt.

Here is a guide to help and the instructions for your car in the images below:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So, on the Expedition I've replaced all idler pulleys, tensior, belt, and transfer case fluid front and rear u joints on both shafts hub bearings still chirping but like my previous post it only does it at highs speeds and when my foot is off the gas pedal sounds like it's under the car. Could it be transfer case CV axle?

Thanks for the video, it helped, I would replace the front bearing hubs when they make this kind of noise when they go out.

Here is a video to show you how:
