Chirping noise

There is now exciting noise inside car, even when engine is off. Rather like when a smoke alarm is running out of battery.

It sounds like a bad blend door actuator. But to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
