Any ideas why my wipers only work on the highest speed?
Do I need a new wiper motor , and how hard would it be to replace it myself?

2001 venture WB edition

Thanks in advance

It may be in the switch also. You need to see where power is going in, but not coming out.

I didn't say the switch was bad, just another possiblility. You need to find where the power stops. IT may be the motor or connector or all of the other things mentioned.

Mote thatn likley I would suspect the resistor, but that is just a guess.
