O2 Sensor question on 2003 Venture w/ 84,000 miles V6

I just had Advanced Auto Parts check why my "Service Engine Soon" light came on on my 2003 Chevrolet Venture van.He said 3 errors came up.2 of them were both my Oxygen Sensors were bad.The other error said "Evaporated Emissions Control System".My question is: Could the O2 sensors being bad cause the computer to think something was also wrong with the emission system when actually there is nothing wrong with the emission parts?

yes if both o2 sensors were bad the it could also set some more codes off as well. get advanced to reset the obd2 with the scanner then see if any codes show up after you drive it a while
