code 201 injector circuit malfuction cylinde 1
code 301 cylinder number 1 misfire

the misfire is a direct result of the injector circuit failure, the injector circuit, can mean the plug/harnass that runs to it, it could mean a short some where in the wire running to it, or in the ecm itself.
