Power rear windows not working

I have a 2002 Venture (3.4L) with 60K miles. The power rear quarter windows do not open when I hit the switch on the overhead console. The owner's manual does not indicate which circuit breaker/fuse controls this function. I don't know if it's a bad switch or a bad fuse. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Hello,

There is a fuse on the right side of the dash that needs to be changed here is the wiring diagrams so you can see how it works and the fuse location with a guide to help you check it.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Cheers

The power back windows will not close. I also have a problem with the front blower stuck on high. Both problems are annoying, can you please send me some repair ideas.

Check the HVAC control module (also known as the blower motor switch assembly), located just blow the radio. You'll have to remove the control module by removeing the trim around the radio assembly, and them remove the screws/bolts securing it to the dash.

Power comes in to the switch on the Brown wire at termina "B" (12volts). Terminal "A" (DK GRN) is gorund (through the control module). With the ignition switch on, and the HVAC control module switch in the "OFF" position there shouldn't be any power on the ORG wire at terminal "C" (this is the blowers HI setting). If there is power there, the switch is bad and the module has to be replaced.

For rear windows, check for arms which close windows binding during the closing process. Check for anything which they might be getting stuck on, preventing them from closing. Also, check to see if you can push the windows close after the motors have stopped running.
Next, use a test light to check for power at the motors when you push the switch (even with windows closed). Each time you push the switch power should go to the window motors for as long as you hold the switch. Hold it for about 8 seconds to see if the test light goes out before the time is up. If so the switch might be bad.

I can not get the rear windows to close. When I press the button I dont even hear the motor running. Is there a way to close them manually or do I have to get the motor replaced?
