2004 Chevy Venture power windows

Driver side power window went down but won't go back up. The passenger side window is fine. I don't know if it is the switch or the motor. I have limited mechanical ability.

Can you hear anything moving inside the door when you try the swich in the up position? If not could have blew a fuse. Did the window make any weird noise before it quit? Or just go down as normal then quit?Could have came off track or something
