Hi, are there any codes? The red wire should have close to 5 volts, engine running. If nothing there, check the circuit from end to end for continuity, with everything turned off. If everything checks out, there may be a problem with the pcm, according to our database. You could also check for voltage at the proper pin at the pcm.
