2004 Chevy Venture heater blows hot

The heater blows hot air all the time. I can't reduce the heat to a lower temp. The fan works fine. The a/c does not work now. It worked fine up to the time this problem occurred. My van has rear heat and air. My engine is running at normal temp on the temp gauge.

It sounds like the blend door is stuck. It is the vent door that determines if you get AC or heat. It is located near the heater core.
