2004 Chevy Venture CD stuck in radio

Help, our radio works great but there is a CD stuck in the CD player. The eject button does nothing, nor does the AUX/CD button. Can it be salvaged or does it have to be scrapped? Thank you!

Hi there,

take out the unit and get a radio tech to give it a service, it just may need a good clean & adjustment, start there.
