The turn signal on the driver side was out so I replaced it and it still wont stop flashing fast on the front and rear

Check all bulbs, not just signal bulbs.

On both sides or just drivers side

Specifically the side that flashes faster, use a tester not just visual inspection

Just a cheap continuity tester, can pick one up for around $15 U.S. Dollars

Would be easier just to see which is out and have a helper operate all lights while you inspect them. Whichever bulb isn't working replace it. Headlights, taillights, brake lights signals, all of them
