Hi,

My front panel switch to control my fan speed recently quit. However my rear controls work fine. I have checked the fuses and everything is ok. I have read that the blower motor resistor could be the problem. Could this be the actual issue? Was it a problem on the 2003 Ventures? If this is the problem, where can I find the blower motor resitor on my Van?

Thank you in advance.

ONE MORE THING. There is no engine light on, it just quit out of the blue.

Usually, when the resister is bad, the fan will work on high only. If I had to guess, I would say either you have a bad blower motor or blower motor relay. WHat you need to do is check to see if the blower motor is getting power. IF it is, then the motor is most likely the problem. However, if you are not getting power, then I would jump to the relay. Check to see if there is power to the relay and out. If there is no power to the relay, then the switch is bad. IF there is power to and not out of the relay, it needs replaced.

LEt me know if you have other questions.
