runs fine but every now and then, temp gauge jumps all the way to hot! Have had thermostat replaced and still does same thing. have been told need head gasket, thermostat, water pump and intake gasket replaced. No antifreeze in oil and only jumps to hot for short time then goes back to normal. does this sound like a head gasket needs replacing?

I also had a flush and fill done before the thermostat was replaced.

HI there,

Have the radiator cleaned and flow tested first.
