2000 Chevy Venture Rough Shifting

I have changed the filter and fluid in my van. It still at times is shifting hard, but then will go back to shifting properly after I have shut the van off and restarted it. I ran a cleaner through prior to changing the transmission fluid. Am currently using Lucas transmission fluid. What can be the cause of this hard shifting? Can I repair this? I suspision valve body sticking. Thank you.

this is probably an electrical fault .. have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for transmission related fault codes
