2000 Chevy Venture 6 cyl Automatic 199000 miles

How do I know if the tie rod ends need to be replaced in my van? it pops in the front end, mostly when you turn.

you need to jack the front end up off the ground and shake the front wheel and see if anything feels loose. you could also have a ball joint causing the problem
