how do you replace the wiper transmission on the 99 Chevy Venture Van. I was told there is a way to reset the wiper to stop in the proper position. My wipers are in the upright position when they are switched off.

hi kathy the wiper motor actually does this job.adjustments can be made but will not work right the wiper motor has to be replaced to fix this prob sorry. thank you billymac
