The power steering on my Chevy Venture Van has frozen up. There are no leaks and the pump is working. What can be the cause of this?

are you sure the pump is working. it could be spinning but that doesnt mean there isnt a broken pump shaft in it. you may also have a rack and pinion problem. have it inspected
