1999 Chevy Venture Elek ign fuse popping, van will not star

The elek ign fuse is popping on this vehicle, my question is where does the leads run to. Does it control the coil packs or something else. There waselectrical smoke from the underhood fuse box, but all of the wires check out. I replaced the breaker and the fuse, but no difference.

is it the ign main 2 60amp mega fuse that blows?if it is the wiring runs from the fuse block to the ignition switch,might have an ignition switch problem.I would start there.
