1998 Chevy Venture My van will not start

I go to start the van no noise coming from starter. the lights are on in the van and on the dash but the vehicle will not turn over I checked all my fuses. I cleaned the battery posts Can you please help

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, /park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
