2004 Chevy Van code PO300

why do I only get code PO300, when driving above 65 mph ?, new plgs and wires installed. After clearing CEL I will get no MIL if driven under 65mph. Runs good no stalling, accelerates good, gas milage 18+ per gal.

Random misfires are normally caused by vacuum leaks and contaminated fuel
