Leak from brass fitting to rear heater system.Afraid of freeze tonight. Will engine be damaged after leak stops in 15 degree weather? Anti-freeze leaks right out.

No and Yes, If all the water leaks out then there would not be enough to freeze and cause damage. If just some of the water leaks out then it could crack the block. If it is that cold out I would have anti freeze in it. If you have to bypass the heater so there is no leak and add antifreeze
