2000 Chevy Van fuel pump

2000 Chevy Van 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my fuel pump with the key on and the line dissconected to check pressure only runs for 3 seconds then stops. is this the pump or the relay?

With key on, no crank, the pump will run only a few seconds.
