Electrical problem
1996 Chevy Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 125k miles

I accidently touched the opposite terminals when jump starting my van. What harm will it do to the electrical system. Nothing happens now when I turn the key

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation.

This current spike can do a lot of damage, but normally its just the fuses and fusible links take the load and blow, have all the fuses checked and the fusible links, check any ECU fuses hopefully no other damage has been done, if you require further assistance re post for more information.
