1996 Chevy Van 5.7 litre with throttle body fuel injection

Truck when cold turns over quite a bit before starting. After warming up for 10 - 15 minutes idle slows and engine stops. Engine restarts OK but have to feather gas pedal until idle returns and it will idle on its own. Stalls when put in gear unless feathering gas pedal. Hesitates on acceleration. Have new plugs, wires, distributor cap, fuel filter and idle air control valve.

i would check fuel pressure. sounds like a weak fuel pump, also have the computer scanned for codes, autozone does it for free and then get back to us with the codes and we can look a little deeper
