1995 Chevy Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my 305 oil pressure is spicking to 80 then goes all the way down to 0 and shots off...will not start for a hour or so???????? what mite it be?

Check the oil pressure if normal Replace the fuel pump/oil pressure sending unit
