1992 Chevy Van exhaust headers

I own 1992 G30 van 350ci and I was interested in purchasing headers for it. I found alot that fit up to 1991(not suprisingly the ones within my price range) As far as i knew the vans have virtually gone unchanged. Is this true. Do you know what change occured or can point in the direction of someone who does. Do you think the headers would fit if there was no change? Thanks for your help.
