1991 Chevy Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

somtimes starts runs fine even spray on tbi,other times full spray on start up,wont start untill full depressed throttle.

when was the last time it was tuned up? you should check the distrubitor cap and rotor. these will cause a hard start also.
