1989 Chevy Van Brake not releasing

The left front brake is not releasing after being applied. Acually it releases real slow and sometimes after several miles of driving and sometimes not at all. I replaced the calipers with no results.

Could be a collasped brake hose acting as a one way check valve or from the ABS if you have one
