1988 Chevy Van, acceleration hesitation

305 tbi, dosnt burn oil, starts fine, runs good for 2 or 3 miles, then boggs down and coughs when i depress gas, acceleration real bad for another 5 miles then it runs a lot better but still has hesitation under initial acceleration this problen just started last week and gets worse each time i drive it. has new plugs, rotor, cap & filters

Has fuel pressure been checked? Check spark see if you get a blue/white spark. Is check engine light on?
Take a timming light hook up and with engine running point at injector note spray should be 360 degree and no drips.
