Engine Mechanical problem
1977 Chevy Van V8 Automatic 175000 miles

I have a 77 chevy van with a 350. Years ago I put a endlebrock manifold, but now do not have a vacume line for the PCV. I tried to put a T on the brake booster, but that took away from my brakes. The pedal was too hard and not stopping well. Right now the PCV is not functioning. What can I do if I can not get vacume? Or is there something else I could put in place of the PCV on the valve cover? Thanks

There are a couple things you can do. One would be to find a carburetor that has the large vacuum port at the front or back. Or find a carb spacer and drill a hole through it and fit in a piece of pipe fitting that you can run the pcv to. If it has a 4 barrel carb a lot of holleys as well asQuadrajets had many carbs like this. I am assuming the edelbrock manifold is a 4 barrel setup so the carb thing will be the easiest to do.
