2007 Chevy Uplander Ignition key, won't turn

2007 Chevy Uplander, key won't turn in ignition or start (of course). The wheels will turn from side to side. Tried disconnecting battery, pulling the PCM fuse, can't shift to any gears.

Thanks........my car is at a shopping center and subject to be towed. Thanks.
