i moved the van with the trunk door open and the door locked and it won't close.

The trunk of my 2006 chevy uplander somehow jammed ,i put grocery i car shut the trunk down and it wouldnt shut.it wouldny lash on the bootm lash to stay closed can u help me sincerly mrs henry
