Where is a fuel pump relay?

Did chevy make an Uplander in1993? If you mean the Uplander minivan with the V-6 engine and FWD; the fuel pump relay should be in the underhood fuse box. Once the fuse box cover is removed there is a diagram of fuse locations and amperages inside of the cover.
