chevy s10 pickup relay

the wireing in our 1992 chevy s10 pickup manual transmission caught on fire so we had the wireing harness replaced but the fuel pump and injectors dont work. We heard it could be the relay where is that located do you know?

The fuel pump relay should be located near the driver side under the hood, In the engine area, Their should be a black plastic panel with it named fuel relay.
