Sorry ,I'm new and asked a follow-up but I'm not sure if I have to ask another question here for it to be viewed.I lined up timing marks and pulled the cap and rotor was ahead about 1/2 to 3/4 inch from my mark when I pulled it.Do I have to pull the distributor and try again or just turn the dist. I can't turn it far do to intake being about an inch away. Thanks again. ps Do I have to give a credit card if I donate?

At the moment I believe you can only donate through paypal, There have been talks of others methods, but not aware of any changes yet.

Another 2 cents worth...... Be careful on the corrected order cap, #1 isnt right where the plug wire goes, look under the cap to find exact spot of the contact
