Engine Mechanical problem
2006 Chevy Truck 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

changed dist. gear on a 2006 chevy pu due to teeth were worn off.after replacement now receiving codes that the cats. are plugged upped. there was no check engine light before the gear change

Hi there,

I would start with just clearing the codes and driving the car. If the code re sets then we can look into it a bit closer.

i have re set the system 4 times using the solus pro scanner
