My truck has been running rough and having a lack of power periodically. When it does this it gives a code that there is a misfire on a cylinder. I found a service bulletin (03-06-04-030F) that describes the problem exactly. The service bulletin fix is to have the injectors cleaned, and the local GM dealer said I need an induction service. Is this really what I need?

I had the same problem, the computer will tell you which cylinder is malfunctioning, you may have a bad injector, or vacuum leak depending which cylinder is malfunctioning, you can try putting in your fuel tank Chevron Textron injector cleaner, that is the only stuff I found that works, everything else does not work believes me. Let me know which cylinder is malfunctioning so I can tell you how to proceed.
