2003 Chevy Truck steering very loose

i have a chevy 1500HD crew cab 4X4. when driving my steering is very loose. i think i have the speed sensietive steering system. i put steering fluid in it and when i took the cap off they had pressure in the system. when i say loose its very sensitive
