what would cause a grinding noise in my front left end besides brakes

Hi there,

if this noise is while the vehicle is moving, the only other thing would be a faulty or collapsed bearing, or may be something has lodged up behind the brake backing plate & the brake rotor, often you can get a stone wedged and it will grind away then fall out, check this out.
