2002 Chevy Truck skip

the truck skips, cut of and runs rough, it may cut off at idle or at any speed, it does this at random times

Hi:
Take the truck to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. Most will do it for free. If we know what codes are there, we can identify a problem. Otherwise, we will be guessing.
