i have 2002 silverado 1500 the engine light comes on when it is a cold start in the morning it runs rough and jerks when im sitting at a light but only until it warms up then it is fine i took it to a mechanic and it read 300.171 and 174(too lean) what could be the problem

Hi, I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. Not sure of engine litre size? The fuel pressure spec from our database, some v8-- 59--66psi.
