2002 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

All accessories shut off, but the truck still runs. The battery light also comes on, however it is a new battery that was just replaced on the warranty.

Hi:
As far as the battery light, have the alt tested on the truck at a nationally recognized parts store. Most will do it for free. Also, if all fuses are good, check for broken body ground straps from the battery, from the engine. If all are good, have the body control module (BCM) tested.
