2002 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced the battery and the alternator but the battery light is still flashing. What could be the possible problem of this?

go to autozone have them hook it up to the scanner they do it free and have them clear the code when your battery gets disconnected it stores a code in the computer im sure this is ur problem
