2000 Malibu electric problems or something??

2000 Chevy Malibu, 93000 miles; Sometimes (most times) when I start my car, the DRL's, Instrument Panel lights, HVAC, power windows, gas guage, and temp guage are not working. They start working after about 5 minutes. Everything else seems to work. I went on an hour trip the other day, and the same things were coming off and on during the trip. Can someone point me in the right direction on what to look for to fix this. Thanks!

I just noticed something else....the red light behind the PRDN321 also fails to come on with the rest of the stuff, but the PRND321 are lit.

Sounds like a main power relay or possibly ignition switch. When stuff isnt working, grab a test light and check for power at the appropriate fuses. If none then feed problem if it has power then problem is between the fuse block and dash
