I have a 2500 series chevy truck with the 454 big block in it. It had a new crank about 5,000 miles ago.Once it warms up the oil pressure is dropping to almost 0 when idling in drive. There is no engine noise and yes it is full of oil. Is there an oil sending unit on this and do you think it might be the problem.

It had a new crank about 5,000 miles ago-

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal replace the oil pressure sending unit if abnormal could be the oil pump or engine bearings.
