2000 Chevy Truck No Dash Lights

I have a 2000 silverado. The dash lights have quit working. It also affects the power mirror and the lights for the window controls on the driver's door. I have looked for blown fuses but haven't found any. What could be the cause?

check for any pinched wires, also here is the diagram of the fuse panel under the hood.
