Shakes or Wobbles problem
2000 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 245k miles

i have a 2000 Chevy 1500 4x4, Has 245,000 miles, from 50-60 mph the truck shakes violently. I checked ball joints, all steering parts, wheel bearings, front calipers. If you turn wheel the the left while it shakes it goes away for most part. I balanced the tires 2 times, also rotated them, still same problem. The truck didnt do it until i put the tires on. Common sense says its the tires, but as i said i rotated them and balanced them twice. Whats the chance that all 4 tires are bad?

Check to see if your truck has a steering damper shock attached to linkage. it may be faulty causing vibration.
